MIXTURE SCREW SOLEX 44 PAI

Mixing screw for Solex carburetor 44PAI. This is the early variant with spring (Art no: 47600,007).

• AQ 131 A-B Screw out approx: 2 turns.
• AQ 151 A-B unscrews approx: 2 turns.
• AQ 171 A is screwed out approximately: 2 turns

If you have the latter variant (see difference below), it should be screwed in and then about 10 turns out.

• AQ 131 C-D Screw out approx: 9.5 turns.
• AQ 151 C is screwed out approximately: 8.0 turns.
• AQ 171 C is screwed out approximately: 10.0 turns.
  

The difference between the mixers on the Solex 44 PAI:

• the EARLY sits the screw a little oblique and has an exposed spring.
• the LATE it sits in a shed of the damper housing and goes straight into the 90 degree angle. It has a small o-ring, but no spring.
